He was predeceased by : his grandparents, William Wood (Allene) and Grace Blackwell. He is survived by : his wife Melody; his sons, Tyler and Nathan; his parents, Eddie Collis and Regina Wood; his siblings, Sean Martin (Jessica), Beth Watts (Josh), Jennifer Collis and Chris Garner; his father-in-law Jerry Leaphart (Myrna); his brothers-in-law, Judah Leaphart and Joseph Leaphart (Christian); his nieces and nephews, Erick, Gray, Silas, Hunter, Bellamy, Eden, Ezra, Elijah, Rhodes and Brighton; and his brothers, Justin Ravan and Justin Turner.
