She was predeceased by: her parents, John Winston Wimberly Sr. and Julia Mae Norris Wimberly; her husband James Edson Millwood; the father of her children Carlton Farist; and her son Eddie Farist.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Farist (Stephanie) of Tucker, Timothy Farist (Ruixin) of Athens, Lori Cantrell (David) and Deborah Michele Farist (Anthony); her grandchildren, Kristen Marshall (Nate), Emily Marshall (Matt), Natalie Fiore (Matthew), Cole Cantrell, Jon Farist, Nate Farist, Alex Farist, Anna Farist, Grace Landreth (Daniel), Danny Farist, Joshua Farist and David Farist; her great grandchildren, Nora Marshall, Lillian Marshall, Paisley Farist, Alex Farist Jr., Lainey Farist and Ryan Farist; her brother John Wimberly (Robin); and her nieces, Lashea Martin and Andrea Wimberly.
