We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Lee Benefield of Dahlonega, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Benefield and Jimmie Ann Chandler; his grandparents, Bertha Grizzle and Rev. Ed Grizzle; and his sister Cathy Gilstrap.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Benefield; his son David; his daughter-in-law Shannon Benefield; his daughter Julianne; his son-in-law William Purnell; his parents-in-law, Ann Lee, Buddy and Shirley Lee; his brother-in-law Darnell Lee; and his grandchildren, Alexandria Benefield, Sienna, Brooklyn and Kaleb Purnell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In honor of Lee and In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Concord Baptist Church c/o Johnny Cantrell 537 Grindle Bridge Rd. Dahlonega, GA. 30533.
