He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ralph Crumley and Annie Mae Grindle Crumley; his son Anthony Crumley; and his brother Rickey Crumley. He is survived by: his wife Tina Crumley; his children, Douglas Crumley (Tammy) and Lacy Wilson; his grandchildren, Tyler Crumley and Jacelyn Wilson; and his brothers, Ralph Crumley (Nadine) and Davis Crumley (Bonnie).
