He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge "Tad" Callaham and Lucille "Cindy" Callaham (McElhaney); and his siblings, Lewis "L. T." Callaham, Bobby Callaham, Melba Young and Imogene "Jean" WIlliams.

He is survived by: his siblings, Frank Callaham and Judy Patton; his wife Patricia Callaham (Headrick); and his children, Shannon Garner (Patrick), Leslie Costa (James), Mac Callaham, Jr. (Andrea) and Clay Callaham (Michelle). He is also survived by grandfather and is survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

The family requests that you consider making a contribution to the Mac Callaham Scholarship fund at University of North Georgia within the College of Health Sciences and Professions.
