She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Seeley and Grace Linabury Seeley; and her brother Fred Seeley (Deb). She is survived by: her husband Ronald Howell; her children, Randy Howell (Sharon), Jerry Howell (Pam) and Cathy Wippich (Ken); her grandchildren, Jessie Doubikin (Stacey), Kenny Wippich (Tara), Matt Fowler, Melissa Fowler, Justin Howell (Hannah) and Jarrod Howell; her great grandchildren, Bryon Doubikin, Karac Doubikin, Caden Doubikin, Leland Doubikin, Laykan Wippich, Kinlee Wippich and Holly Howell; her nieces, Vicky Stephens, Lisa Young and Amanda Bell (Kirk); and her nephew Mark Korn (Vicky).
