He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Duke and Dorothy Zane Duke (Mike). He is survived by: his wife Lynda Petty Duke of Dahlonega; and his children, Kristopher Duke of Dahlonega and Allison Duke of Opelika, Alabama.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church in Dahlonega, Georgia.
