It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Philmon Gaddis of Dahlonega, Georgia, who passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Verdell Gaddis and Braska Garner Gaddis; his daughter Wanda Self; his siblings, Jerry Gaddis, Larry Gaddis, Wilma Nix, Kaye Purcell, Donald Gaddis and Jackie Gaddis; his grandson Tucker Grizzle; and his great grandchild Syre King.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Abernathy Gaddis of Dahlonega; his children, Kevin (Theresa Gaddis), Ronnie (Jennifer Grizzle), Denise Cowart of Dahlonega, John (Sandy Grizzle) and Jeff (Teresa Grizzle); his son-in-law Everett Self of Dahlonega; and his sister Faye Smallwood of Homer.
