He is survived by: his wife Sheryl McMullen Manns; his daughters, Stacy Rummage and Cynthia Memendez; his brother Bobby Mann; his grandchildren, Nathan Manns, Kyle Rummage, Seth Rummage, Jaylin Baker and Emily Baker; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Ivy, Carson and Mavrick.
