He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Boatfield; and his brother Michael Boatfield. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Patterson Boatfield; his siblings, Sherry Smith (Lewis) and Jeff Boatfield (Sherry); his nieces, Kim Sutton and Alisha Garrett; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Paigelyn Morris, Allen Morris, Lillian Eller and Madalyn Garrett.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home (2068 U. S. 19 BUS, Dahlonega, GA 30533). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
