He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bob, Anne Green of Dahlonega, Bill and Norma Jaquess of Irving, TX.. He is survived by: his parents, Eddie Green and Denise Green of Dahlonega; his brother Andy; his sister-in-law Ju Yun Green of Cumming; his brothers, Jon (Rosemary Green) and Ecuador; his niece Jenny Green of Cumming; and his aunts and uncles, David Green, Mark, Cindy Green, Larry, Carol Seitz, Cliff Jaquess, Bas, Shauna Oskam and Steve Jaquess. He is also survived by numerous cousins and other relatives.
