He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton "Clutch" Tolbert and Grace Loggins Tolbert; and his brother Carl Tolbert. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Lynn Shelton (Lanny Limburg) of Dahlonega, Crystal Diane Head of Dahlonega and Kimberly Tolbert Day of Dahlonega; his stepdaughter Dottie Summerour; his siblings, Mae Ruth Grant, Christy Gilreath (Carl), Charles Tolbert (Pat), Clinton Tolbert (Carrie) and Jimmy Tolbert (Theada); his grandchildren, Ansley Parham, Chase Samples (Erika), Zachary Woody (Katlyn), Kirsten Head, Mathew Woody and Blake Ridings; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Parham, Ashton Parham, Clara Woody and Carter Woody; and his nephews, Denny Tolbert and Scott Brown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family with final expenses.
