With sadness, we share the passing of Syliva Jeanne Hogue Ivy (Dahlonega, Georgia). Syliva Jeanne, born on November 24, 1934, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Hogue and Dorethea Hogue. She is survived by: her sister Ann H. Harris; her husband Richard Ivy; her sons, Michael Ivy (Stephanie) of St. Augustine, FL, Thomas Ivy (Sue) of Daytona Beach, FL and Robert Ivy (Debbie) of Gettysburg, PA.; and her grandchildren, Chris, Kelly, Ashleigh and Lora.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Canton National Cemetery.
She graduated from Kaiser Foundation Scholl of Nursing in 1955.
