He was predeceased by: his parents, Garlon Willoughby and Julia Mae Willoughby. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Willoughby of White Castle, Louisiana.; his children, Scott Willoughby (Jeanette) of Hattiesburg, Mississippi and Dawn Smith of Canton, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Blaire Willoughby, Ella Willoughby, Brody Smith and Carter Smith.
