He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Lundberg and Jennie Lundberg. He is survived by: his wife Sandra J. Lundberg; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Schaffer and Larry Schaffer; his niece Kimberly Payne; his nephew Christopher Payne; his great-nephew Tristan Payne; his great-niece Jordan Payne; and his close friends, Tom, Pat Braswell, Debra Fuller, Velma Finley, Rodney, Debbie Harris and Jessie Payne.
In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Lundberg has requested donations to his favorite charities, Tunnels to Towers and St Jude's Hospital.
