He is survived by: his children, Christal Bowen (Brandon) of Cleveland, James Phillip Metz of Cleveland and William Edwin Metz Jr. of Allentown Pa; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Grace Bowen; and his siblings, Lenora Walker, Karen Bolmarcich (Richard) and Karl Metz (Stacy). He is also survived by his family and all the friends.
