With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carroll Lee Skinner of Daisy, Georgia, born in Sylvania, Georgia, who passed away on December 27, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John Henry Skinner, Sr.; his close friend Mary Ellen Reynolds; his brother John Henry Skinner, Jr.; and his half-brothers, Albert Woods and Watson Woods.

He is survived by: his sister Shirley Cribbs (Ronnie) of Brooklet; his grandchildren, Shawn Dowd (Jill) of Daisy, Melissa Dowd of Daisy and Shannon Williams (Cary) of Clyo; his great grandchildren, Shawna "NikNik", Trent, Cami, Chloe and Colton; and his nephew Ronnie Cribbs, Jr. (Kim).
