It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Andrew Mitchell (Dallas, Georgia), born in Martinsville, Virginia, who passed away on April 20, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his siblings, Glen, Talmadge Mitchell, Edith Wingfield, Virginia Hurd and Ina Hundley; his wife Sharon Mitchell; his children, Ricky Blount (Shawna) and Margaret Franklin; and his siblings, Howard (Betty Lou), Russell Mitchell (Cassie) and Lois Hundley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who will not be able to attend the service in person due to Covid-19 restrictions.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donations be made to American Legion #29 in Marietta, GA. in loving memory of Mr. Mitchell.
