With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annie R. Rowell (Dallas, Georgia), who passed away on April 25, 2020 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry Meeks and Nancy L. Thaxton Meeks; her husband Herbert N. Rowell; and her daughter Sheila Kay. She is survived by: her sons, Franklin Rowell (Juliet) and Timothy Lex Rowell (Shonette). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
