She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Moore and Marry Ethel Mullins Moore; her husband Larry James Kelly, Sr.; and her grandsons, Matthew Yandow and Kevin Tatum.
She is survived by: her children, Kris Tatum (David), Tonya Davidson (Scott), James Kelly (Elizabeth) and Philip Kelly (Shannon); and her siblings, Judy Shinall (Alan) and Wesley Moore (Judy). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 51 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141). The lying in state was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (205 Ensign Dr, Dallas, GA 30157). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Perryman Cemetery (400 Mormon Church Rd, Buchanan, GA 30113).
