He was predeceased by: his mother Eunice Ellis Adair; his sons, Myron D. Adair and Calvin A. Adair; and his siblings, Harold Adair and Martha Langston.
He is survived by: his wife Opal Blair Adair; his children, Janie Hehir (Herbert) of Denver and Chris Adair (Valerie) of Pensacola, Florida; and his grandchildren, Jody Adair (Tammy), Kellie Williams (Ron), Ryan Hehir (Karen), Mindy Sperling (Brandon), Dakota Adair (Maggie), Leah Adair and Christen Adair. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
