He is survived by: his wife Theresa Stephens Bozarth; his children, Shannon Butler (Lonnie), Angela Powell (Phillip), Cameron Bozarth and Dwayne Pope (Kathy); his sisters, Teresa Reier (Rick), Marilyn Allen (Joe) and Carolyn Filhart; and his grandchildren, Austin Pope, Madisyn Pope, Braxton Butler, Bentlee Gilbert, Isabella Butler, Brilee Gilbert and Felix Powell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
