She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Burton Baggs, Sarah Baggs and Minnie. She is survived by: her parents, Kenny Williams and Karen Williams; her husband Joshua Teague; her siblings, Nickolas Williams, Jaime Williams (Logan Southard) and Erin Baggs; and her brothers-in-law, Justin Teague (Holly) and Jacob Teague (Giulia). She is also survived by nieces; other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to encourage anyone who wants to support Chelsea to donate to Save the Manatee Club charity.
