He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann; his children, Scott Parmley (Amanda), Joe Parmley (Heather) and Lisa Waldon (Larry); and his siblings, Sally Carol Brown and Carlton Ray Parmley.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the David's Childhood Home (520 3rd St, Tracy City, TN 37387).
