He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Myers May; his sons, Dylan and Ethan; his parents, Thomas Lamar May and Judy Kendrick May; and his siblings, David Hayes (Sue) and Cindy May Salyers (Steve). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
