She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard James Vealey and Lizzie Jane Pritchard; her husband Jack Matheney; her sons, Richard Matheney and Gary Matheney; and her son-in-law Albert Mills.
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Mills; her grandchildren, Brandy Hill and Kandi Merill; her daughter-in-law Gloria Matheney; and her sisters, Jane Ellen Lowe and Beverly Ann Goldberg. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren.
