She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Roosevelt Cook and Ida Margaret Merritt Cook; her husband Paul Frank Eskew; her son Jeffrey Paul Eskew; and her siblings, James Cook, Jack Cook, Mary Morgan and Ferrell Wood Anglin.
She is survived by: her daughter Melinda Whitaker of Dallas; and her grandchildren, Amanda Miller, Caleb Whitaker, Jessica Eskew, Tyler Whitaker and Brandon Eskew. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
