He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Scoggins and Agnes Scoggins; his wife Mary Warren Long Clanton; and his sister Patsy Scoggins Aspinwall. He is survived by: his children, Brooke King (Matt), Meredith Blue (Graham) and Neal Scoggins; his stepdaughters, Cindi Ackerman (Bob) and Carri Lauder (Cal); his niece Amy Aspinwall; his nephew Chris Aspinwall (Alice Scoggins Hurst); his friend Jimmy Clanton; and his grandchildren, Meghan Oppenheim (Chandler), Madison Maxwell (Kyle), Taff Goodin (Julia), Austin Yeomans, Dixie, Fischer Blue, Riley, Shelby, Gabe Scoggins, Kennedy Ackerman, Mills Ackerman (Skylar), Helen, Lucy and Rich Smith.
