He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Smith and Marie Smith; and his sisters, Phyllis Simon and Lucy Benington. He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith; his children, Harold Smith Jr. (Janet), Larry Smith and Terri Mastell (Mitch); and his grandsons, Mitchell Mastell and Miles Mastell. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
