We bid farewell to Jacquelin Burt of Dallas, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 24, 2025 at the age of 73. Jacquelin touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Hansom, Sr. and Catherine Easley Hansom; and her brother Curtis Hansom, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Marvin Burt; her daughters, Naija Burt Owens (Darrell) and Nia Lawton (Josiah); her grandchildren, Maikela Benjamin, Tamia Harris, Asjha Kennedy, Mystiq Kennedy and Jayla Owens; and her siblings, Tela Pitt and Donnell Hansom. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sam Clark Chapel (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141-1827). A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
