He is survived by: his wife Melissa Johnson Waddell of Dallas, GA; his sons, James Wayne Waddell, Jr. of Dallas, GA, Jeffrey Scott Waddell (Angie) of Peachtree City, GA and Joey Waddell (Kristen) of Dallas, GA; his granddaughter Haley Waddell; and his siblings, Paul Waddell, Sr., Patsy Kinder and Claudette Poole. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
