He is survived by: his wife Carol Mauthe; his sons, Brian Mauthe (Heather) and Joseph Mauthe (Tiphanie); his siblings, Joseph (Melody), Jeffrey Mauthe, Jay Mauthe and Janet Chamberlain (Jeff); his godchildren, Jennifer Floyd, Kamryn Bleakley and Jay Stallons; his friend Terry Mayton; his grandchildren, Allison Marshall and Lucas; Melissa Mayton, Alicia Marshall, Aaron Pogue, Lisa Major and Carla McGuire. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
