He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frank and Carry Taylor; and his wife Mary Taylor. He is survived by: his children, John Taylor II (Jocelyn), Richard Taylor (Shelly), Tanya Barber (Tommy) and Lisa Hicks; his brother Jimmy Taylor (Connie); and his pets, Riley and Lacy. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren.
