She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewel Judson Wallace and Norma McBee; her husband Timothy A. Popick; her children, Kay Lynn Halter Brown and Michael David Halter; her great grandchild Corin Conklin; and her siblings, Jewel Ray Wallace and Elsie Marie Wallace Nelson (Henry).
She is survived by: her children, Veronica Halter Martin (Andy), Cindy Halter, Trina Popick Wheeler (Craig) and Joseph Popick; her sister Jeannie Wallace Merrill; her grandchildren, Nick Neice, Janice Zale (Andy), Andy Martin, Jr. (Haley), Erin Conklin (Benjamin), Shelly Ellis (Chris), Dylan Halter, Sr. (Morgan), Bailey Sanders (Patrick), Joe Popick, Michael Brown (Sadie) and Lindsey Hicks (Seth); and her great grandchildren, Kaytlynn Ellis, Bryson Ellis, Brendan Zale, Raegan Zale, Drew Zale, Jacob Zale, Kinsley Neice, Dylan Halter, Jr., Lucy Halter, Blakely Sanders, Piper Sanders and James Conklin.
