He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph West and Thelma West; and his siblings, Jerry West and Bobbie Sailors. He is survived by: his wife Linda West; his sons, Jeremy West of Glendale, AZ and Patrick West of Dallas, GA; and his brother Harold West (Pam) of Mableton, GA.
