He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland S Hulsey Sr. and Edna Woods; and his sister Angela Bishop. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Hulsey; his children, Jennifer Davidson (Cris) of Woodstock and Russell Voakes (Amy) of Prague; his grandchildren, Weston Crusselle, Anabelle Voakes, Benjamin Davidson, Taylor Davidson and Annika Davidson; and his great grandchildren, Daisy and Charlotte Crusselle.
