With sadness, we share the passing of Lester King of Dallas, Georgia. Lester, born on March 11, 1941, passed away on June 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer King and Lena Pearl Thrasher King; his wife Debbie Louise King; his great grandchild Atticus King; and his siblings, Doug King and Linda Mary Cross.
He is survived by: his children, Craig King of Rushville, Soyna Breeland of Natchez, Charlotte King of Des Moines, IA., Rebecca Webb (Michael) and Lester King of Dallas; his daughters-in-law, Meleana King and Elise Lomax; his grandchildren, Christopher King (Jacque), Nicholas King (Amber Johnson), Elizabeth King, Jennifer King, Jamie Wascome (Devin), Brianna Autin, Matthew Webb (Summer Henry), Donovan Webb, Keagan Webb, Thomas Lomax, Mark Lomax and Kendra Lomax; and his siblings, Marie Volking (Johnny), Billy King, Carrie Guillory and Barbara Freeman. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to help cover the cost of the service.
