She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Turner Armstrong and Willie Edna Summerville Armstrong; and her siblings, Sanford Armstrong, Beryl Armstrong, Jeaninne Johnson, George Armstrong and Gloria Armstrong.
She is survived by: her husband Harry William Cunningham; her children, Sharon Elaine Cunningham New and William Michael; her daughter-in-law Michelle Cunningham; her grandchildren, Emily Elizabeth Buchanan, Jacob Benjamin Buchanan, Connor Michael Cunningham and Kylie Jayde Cunningham; and her siblings-in-law, Steve Cunningham, Carolyn Swanson (Dwight) and Frieda Armstrong. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family has requested no flowers, but instead, those wishing to make a contribution may do so to the Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery Fund at 256 Mountain View Loop, Buchanan, Georgia 30113.
