With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Miriam Cartee (Dallas, Georgia), born in Athens, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Gordon Fleeman and Miriam O'Kelly Fleeman; her husband Arthur Cleetus Cartee, Sr.; and her sister Anne Benson (Eugene). She is survived by: her son Art Cartee (Gloria); and her grandchildren, Christian Cartee and Isaac Cartee. She is also survived by several nieces and nieces; other extended family.
To honor the memory of Miriam Cartee, the family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Dallas First Baptist Church Backpack Program.
