He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tolbert and Virginia Braswell Tolbert. He is survived by: his wife Holly Clark Tolbert of Dallas; his son Rhys; his daughter-in-law Michelle Tolbert of Douglasville; his grandchildren, Chase and Maddie Tolbert; his sister Sandra Worthy of Piedmont, AL; his in-laws, Jane, Richard Hicks of Dallas and Gail Crew of Dallas; and his sibling's children, Kristi Worthy, Bill, Melissa Crew, Jim Hicks, Phil, Jennifer Hicks, Kristyn Hicks and Ethan Hicks.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gateway Baptist Church Summer Day Camp.
