He is survived by: his wife Joan Moss; his children, Rusty Moss (Vicki) and Anita Moss Martin; his grandchildren, Tabitha Golden (Curt), David Blair (Christina), Ashley Winograd (David), Benjamin Moss (Gina), Brandon Paris (Lisa), Kristen Ivey (Scott) and Jason Thomas Carter (Jamie Martin Carter); and his sister Catherine Raper. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, many other extended family and friends.
