He is survived by: his mother Jane Annette Baxter (Shipp); his wife Teresa June Baxter (Potter); his children, Dusty Baxter (Katie), Selina Baxter Dodd (Samuel) and Corey Baxter (Chris); his grandchildren, Amber, Kaylina, Aaron, Brantlee and Dorsey Jane; and his siblings, David Baxter (Susan), Rita Butterworth (Al), Sarah Ruff (Harold) and John Baxter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
