She is survived by: her husband Odes Smith; her children, Perry Smith of Dalton, GA, Tammy (Brian Smith) and Dana (Eric Howard); her siblings-in-law, Gail Smith of Dalton, GA, Kathleen and Jerry Satterfield of Cohutta, GA; her grandchildren, Andrew, Brittany Bryant, Emily, Matthew Hatfield, Tristan and Abi Howard; and her great grandchildren, Mac Bryant, Jack Bryant and Bowen Howard.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ponders Funeral Home - Dalton (138 Melrose Dr, Dalton, GA 30721). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Ponders Melrose Chapel (138 Melrose Dr, Dalton, GA 30721).
