He was predeceased by: his father C. R. Chadwick; his brother Lenice Chadwick; his daughter Brittany Puckett; and his grandchildren, Luna Zuniga and Matthew Quintero.
He is survived by: his close friend Tammie Chadwick; his mother Peggy Chadwick; his sisters, Janice Leach, Rhonda Lunsford and Renee Chadwick; his children, Christina Williams-Bowen (Bobby Bowen), Haley Chadwick (Ryan Cox) and Pasquale Angelina Williams (Adrian Williams); and his grandchildren, McKensi, Ava, Madi, Brooke, Ada, Dakota, Peyton, Cayden, Ellie and Wyatt.
