She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Head and Cuma Kinsey Head; her husband Henry Duckworth; and her siblings, Claude Head, JC Childs, Ella Jane Willis and Mary Capehart.
She is survived by: her children, Kendall McNabb (Carrie), Lisa Gribble and Lorrie "Kay" Hall (Thomas); and her grandchildren, Cory McNabb and Christine McNabb. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dalton Funeral Home (620 S Glenwood Ave, Dalton, GA 30721). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the White Cemetery.
