She was predeceased by : her husband Danny Lively; her parents, Roger Crook and Dorthy Mae Caldwell; her son Joseph Pangle (Virgina); and her siblings, Eddie Gladden, Nellie Gladden and Susie Waller.

She is survived by : her children, Christina Lively and Justin Lively (Andrea); her grandchildren, Jason Lara, Jose Pangle, Skylar Moore, Peyton Lively and Jonah "Noah" Lively; and her brothers, Billy Gladden (Misty) and Roger Crook.
