He is survived by: his wife Dr. Dana Ann Thomas; his sons, Stephen H. Thomas (Kelsey) and Matthew Thomas (Keona); his grandchildren, Stephen "Elijah" Thomas, Kaitlynn Thomas, Kyla Thomas, Ida Thomas and Luke Thomas; his sister Elizabeth Kaye Thomas; his parents-in-law, Cartrell Freeman and Evon Freeman; his siblings-in-law, Cindy Thomas, Vickie Thomas, Melissa "Pam" Partlow (Ricky) and David Freeman; his close friend Min; David Thomas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, Godchildren, other relatives, and friends.
