It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobbie Jo Laster Rolen of Dalton, Georgia, who passed away on April 19, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Laster and Janie Lou Cleary Laster; and her siblings, Ruby Allmon of Dalton, Carrie Holsomback of Dalton, Mary Lou Goble of Dalton, Johnny Laster of Dallas, James T. Laster of Dalton and W. R. Laster of Floyd County.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Randall Rolen (Carolyn) of Ringgold, Bobbie Jean Barnes (Jerry) of Dalton and Arthur Phillip Rolen; her brothers, Jack Laster of Dalton and Frank Laster of Dalton; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Bartley Rolen (Kate) of Lookout Mountain, Sarah Mullins of Dalton, Jessica Brewer of Dalton, Nicole Rolen of Dalton, Zachary Rolen of Dalton and Amanda Siskey of Alabama. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
