She was predeceased by: her husband James B. Panter, Jr.; her parents, Lester S. Withrow and Kate Withrow (Hayes); and her brother James William. She is survived by: her son James Allan; her daughter-in-law Theresa Panter; her daughters, Mona (Wayne Russell) and Tara (Mike Pearson); her sister Mary; her brother-in-law Charlie Ellis; and her brother Joe Mack Withrow. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
