It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Joy Callahan-Quinton of Dalton, Georgia, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Callahan Sr. and Bobbie Queen; her stepfather William Queen; her siblings, Mary Callahan and Hugh Don Callahan; and her great grandchild Draven Smith.
She is survived by : her husband Donald Quinton; her children, Loomis Smith (Angie), Shain Smith (James McCullum) and Jennifer Shupe (Gabe); her stepchildren, Mathew Flood (Walker), Hunter Flood (Mariah), Timmy Flood and Ashley Flood; her grandchildren, Adam Smith (Kira), Christopher Williams, Brendon Williams (Taylor), Kaylub Kuhn (Katie), Anthony Pendley, Kohl Shupe, Autumn Smith (Daniel), Kayla Edwards (Dande), Jasmine Whaley (Ashton), Abby Smith (Harley), Ava Pendley, Rosemary Flood, Emma Flood and Rylee Shupe; her great grandchildren, Jacob Edwards, Ryder Cozart, Leo Gilbert, Max Kuhn and Sophia Edwards; her siblings, Ernie Callahan Jr., Michael Callahan (Laura Maggi), Debra Mantooth (Ben), Cathleen Callahan and Tana Callahan (Jim); her aunt Sarah Stemen; and her uncle Jimmie Renfro (Samantha). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
